What is BMI (Body Mass Index)?
Body Mass Index (BMI) is a widely used measurement that helps assess whether a person has a
healthy body weight in relation to their height. It’s a useful screening tool to categorize weight status and
potential health risks.
📏 BMI Formula:
BMI = Weight (kg) / (Height (m) × Height (m))
Example:
Weight = 70 kg
Height = 170 cm = 1.7 m
BMI = 70 / (1.7 × 1.7) = 24.2
